Dioceses and Parishes:   CommunityWorks, Inc. serves both the Catholic and ecumenical community focusing on parish planning. The planning process supports the parish in developing a strong direction with alignment among its ministries. This alignment enables the parish to be a wise steward of its resources and fosters a felt sense of unity and movement. The entire process is done in a prayerful and reflective atmosphere seeking to explore God's blessings in the past as they have impacted the present and moves the parish toward the future. The planning process uses quantifiable data, critical thinking and analysis to help the group make effective decisions within the context of community discernment and theological reflection.

CommunityWorks also provides services in areas of forming collaborative networks and relationships across parish boundaries; educational planning, and executive coaching for parish leaders.
